High tide on Saturday is 10.15 so I propose meeting at 9.15 for a row to Emsworth to visit the Christmas market. There will be mulled wine and mince pies at my house and we will just have time to join in a couple of carols round the lobster pot Christmas tree as we leave to get back on the tide. It's a busy time for us all but I am hoping to get a crew so do post if you can come!
Village Voices choir will be delighted to see you all there. Starts 11.30, so not sure if you'll be leaving serenaded by Good King Wenceslas or similar. But give us a wave! (That's not at seawater one..)
I would like to come (Liz). My shoulder injury is 90% better and I tried a Sunday row the other week, so should be fine if I can swap in & out and no hard rowing! I have really missed coming and look forward to this.
John is away now till just before Xmas.
I am afraid that I am going to have to drop out of tomorrow's row. I have been teaching much more that I expected this week and need the day to catch up. I hope you all have a great row and enjoy the mulled wine and carols!
