I got late text from Marcus last night asking if I would like to row the race; Yes please I would love to row if there is room in a boat somewhere
(Just me as Polly doesn’t want to row the race, but is helping with catering)
Please be there no later than 11.00am Northney 11.15 Coxes/ Saftey Briefing. Course will be subject to weather conditions so suggest wait until the briefing to inform your groupies ? Any more info suggest direct contact with Mike G.

My concern is if the course is clockwise around the island then we will be rowing against a breezy head wind, according to the Met Office forecast, along the Hayling seafront. Which will not be easy in a Claydon particularly if it is a scratch crew.
So if it is a round the island is it clockwise or anticlockwise?
